3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use reputable third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders. Shipping method options, estimated delivery times, and costs will be displayed at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination and selected method:

✔️ International: 12 –21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Nuvera LLC is not responsible for:

✔️ Orders returned to the sender due to address errors
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
✔️ If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
✔️ If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
